Questions

Is the health report really free?

Yes. Your pet’s health report is free, and a vet reviews it before it reaches you. There’s no card and nothing to cancel.

Is it free to keep checking my pet’s records?

Yes, it’s included. Once your pet’s records are in, we keep checking them for early signs worth asking your vet about, and every new visit gets the same read.

What’s the free vet visit?

A video visit with a licensed vet to go over your report and answer your questions. It’s normally $65, and your first one is free. Booking needs a card and starts a membership you can cancel before you’re charged. The link to book comes with your report.

How do you get my pet’s vet records?

Tell us your vet clinic and we request the records for you, with your OK. Clinics reply in their own time, and we email you when they do.

Who are your vets?

Dr. Ellen Russell, DVM, our Medical Director, reviews every report. Everfur vets are US-licensed and work with Everfur directly. Our advisors include Dr. Jim E. Riviere in veterinary pharmacology and the vets Dr. Brian Bourquin and Dr. Adam Christman.

Is my pet’s information private?

Yes. We use your pet’s records to make the report, and we never sell them. You can ask us to delete them anytime at hello@everfur.com.

Is the report a diagnosis?

No. It’s a summary of what’s already in your pet’s records, checked by a vet, with questions to bring to your own vet. Your vet makes the calls.

Does it work for cats?

Yes. The report works for dogs and cats of any age or breed.
